Executive Gifts For The Boss

For the first time in my two-year career in the office, I was recognized by my boss. That was just last week. It was his birthday, and I was able to catch his attention with the birthday gifts that I gave him.

I put in a lot of effort for that day actually. The moment I learned that the boss will be having his birthday, I already decided to give him custom promotional executive gifts. Two years of being a nobody in office is really tiring already, and I deserve a promotion or at least a raise in my salary. Getting noticed is my ultimate goal.

Some people might think that what I’m doing is pretty lame. I beg to disagree. My work has been exemplary, to say the least. But for whatever reason, I don’t think I’m getting what I deserve. I saw some of the other gifts the employees gave him. There were chocolates, calendar planners, and desk sets. Frankly, I don’t think they were sincere with him.
